“I hate country music.”: eh
“I hate new country music because the genre has shifted from being retelling of folk tales and tales of the underprivileged working class of the American south and has now boiled down to bragging about your truck.”: absolutely

Not to offer advice nobody asked for but fixing ur sleep schedule is life changing
Things that actually work if u try at them:
- Drinking water
- No longer making self deprecating jokes
- Making sure to take time out of the day to relax and take a breather
- Lighting candles
- Counting ur breaths in and out if ur having a panic attack
- Getting up and trying to do one thing even if u can’t do everything maybe brushing ur teeth but not having the energy to shower

you do not need to constantly justify yourself. go ahead. eat pancakes. eat a ton at dinner. eat ice cream sundaes at 1am. take a rest day. take six rest days. sleep in. watch a movie. watch ten movies. no explanations needed. you’re allowed to be kind to yourself.
